I offer face-to-face sessions at Kensington Counselling consulting rooms, a short walk from Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations.

I also offer online sessions via Zoom.

Fees for individuals & couples

I charge £70 per 50-minute session for individuals and £100 per 60-minute session for couples. Within my practise I make space for small number of lower-cost sessions, please contact me to discuss this if the cost of psychotherapy is prohibitive due to personal circumstances.

It is common practise for psychotherapy sessions to be scheduled for the same time each week. The regular and fixed timing of a session has been evidenced as an important part of the work. Whilst this can sometimes seem inflexible, I have observed that it is always beneficial to the client’s needs and contributes to the safe and ethical framework of good practise. The number of sessions will depend on your circumstances and what you hope to achieve. I will discuss this with you from the beginning.

I work with a 48-hour cancellation policy and fees will apply when a missed session cannot be rescheduled.

Women's psychotherapy group

I facilitate an open psychotherapy group for women wanting to explore any issues related to pregnancy and motherhood. Group therapy is often very beneficial for women seeking support, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. You will find that a group is challenging, enriching, and a safe environment in which to explore your experience of yourself and of others. You will be asked to abide by a framework of confidentiality and mutual respect.

The group runs at Kensington Counselling on Thursday mornings. It is an open group, which means that you can join as soon as there is a place available.

Sessions are 90 minutes and cost £30.

Please get in touch to find out more about the group or pre and post-natal mental health. You can read more about pre and post-natal mental health here.
